Expert+ Expert Packi plastic packing tools set, 4 tooth types, 2 pieces (large + small)
Expert+ Expert Packi plastic packing tools set contains two lightweight plastic packers in large and small sizes, each with four distinct tooth profiles to provide varied contact shapes and grip. The set is intended for manual packing, spacing and positioning tasks where controlled pressure and alternative contact geometries are required. Made for practical use in construction, renovation and DIY environments, the tools offer a simple, tool-free solution for adjusting gaps and holding materials during assembly.
The set combines a large and a small packer, covering a wider range of gap sizes without the need for multiple individual tools. Four tooth types on each packer allow selection of the most suitable contact profile for different materials and surfaces. Being made of plastic, the tools are lightweight, resistant to surface marring and suitable for repetitive manual use. Their shape enables consistent packing force and repeatable spacing during installation or repair work.
Select the packer size and tooth profile that best match the gap width and the material surface. Insert the packer between components and apply steady manual pressure until the desired spacing or alignment is achieved. For larger gaps start with the large packer and refine with the small packer if needed. Remove the packer after the fastener or adhesive has secured the components in place.
Use the gentlest tooth profile that achieves the required hold to minimize marks on delicate surfaces. Avoid excessive force to prevent deformation of the plastic packer; replace the tool if teeth show significant wear. For long-term installations, use the packers only as temporary aids and follow manufacturer guidance for permanent fixing methods.
