Diamond Hole Saw Set Expert+ 5 pcs M14 (6, 8, 10, 12 mm) with M14-to-hex Adapter, max 12,000 RPM
Set of five Expert+ diamond hole saws with M14 thread in sizes 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm plus an M14-to-hex adapter. Designed for producing accurate circular cutouts in hard surfaces such as ceramic tiles, porcelain, natural stone and similar materials. The set is compatible with angle grinders and rotary tools that accept M14 accessories and is rated for operation at speeds up to 12,000 RPM, providing a compact solution for small-diameter core drilling tasks in plumbing, electrical and tiling work.
The Expert+ diamond segments provide consistent cutting performance on dense materials and deliver clean round holes with minimal chipping when used correctly. The set covers a range of small diameters useful for common installation openings, while the included M14-to-hex adapter allows quick attachment to tools with a hex drive. Construction is focused on practical use: robust diamond cutting edges, standard M14 thread compatibility and a compact, easy-to-handle design for controlled cutting in confined spaces.
Secure the appropriate diameter hole saw to the M14-to-hex adapter or directly to a tool with M14 thread, ensuring the connection is tight and concentric. Mark the cutting center on the workpiece, clamp or support the material to prevent movement, and start the tool at low speed to establish the initial contact. Apply moderate, steady pressure and maintain an even feed while keeping the tool speed below the maximum recommended RPM. For tile and similar materials, use intermittent cutting with light water cooling or misting if possible to reduce heat build-up and extend the life of the diamond segments. After cutting, allow the hole to cool before removing the saw.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection, gloves and a dust mask. When cutting brittle tiles or stone, support the workpiece close to the cutting area to minimize vibration and chipping. Do not exceed the recommended maximum speed, and avoid excessive axial force—let the diamond segments do the cutting. For best results on glazed surfaces, start at a slight angle to prevent slipping, then straighten the tool as the cut progresses.
