USB-A to 3×USB 3.0 + RJ45 adapter, extra digital CA915118
USB-A to 3×USB 3.0 + RJ45 adapter, extra digital CA915118
Compact adapter by extra digital (model CA915118) that converts a single USB-A port into three USB 3.0 ports and one RJ45 Ethernet port. The adapter provides USB 3.0 data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps, a PD pass-through rating of 100 W and an aluminum housing with an indicator light for device status. It is compatible with Windows, Mac OS and Linux and is intended to expand connectivity on laptops and desktops without additional built-in ports.
The adapter supports high-speed USB 3.0 transfers (up to 5 Gbps) and offers three Type‑A USB 3.0 ports plus a wired Ethernet RJ‑45 socket in a single compact unit. A PD 100W input allows passthrough power delivery while the aluminum housing provides durability and heat dissipation. Plug‑and‑play compatibility with common operating systems simplifies setup and an indicator light displays the device status.
Plug the USB‑A connector into an available USB‑A port on your computer. Connect USB devices to any of the three USB 3.0 Type‑A sockets and connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ‑45 socket for wired network access. If using power delivery passthrough, connect a PD capable power source to the USB‑A host port if required by your setup. The indicator light will show the adapter status. No drivers are normally required for Windows, Mac OS and Linux; check your system network settings when connecting via RJ‑45.
Use a PD‑capable power adapter when supplying power through the USB‑A host port to ensure safe charging; avoid exceeding the device rating and keep the adapter in a ventilated area to prevent overheating.
