The Extralink Pilot cable pulling rod is a fibreglass (FRP) rod with an 11 mm diameter and 350 m length, supplied on a dedicated unwind stand. It is engineered for installing and routing telecommunication and power cables through ducts, conduits and underground passages. The rod core combines flexibility and longitudinal rigidity to pass bends while resisting kinking; a yellow polyethylene outer coating protects the fibre, improves sliding properties and provides high visibility during installation and retrieval.
