Extralink Roll with Thermal Labels 100x150 mm

Extralink Roll with Thermal Labels 100x150 mm offers an efficient and practical solution for all your shipping, logistics, and inventory needs. Supplied in a convenient roll format, these self-adhesive thermal labels are specifically designed for direct thermal printers, ensuring sharp, high-contrast text and barcodes without requiring any ink, toner, or ribbons.

Advantages

The thermal labels feature a reliable self-adhesive design that ensures strong and permanent adhesion to various packaging surfaces, including cardboard boxes, stretch film, and shipping envelopes. Their high-quality construction provides durability during transit, minimizing the risk of smudging or fading. Operating without ink cartridges or thermal transfer ribbons reduces ongoing consumable costs and simplifies maintenance for busy packing stations and high-volume fulfillment operations.

Suitable for

• Shipping and courier parcel labeling
• Warehouse inventory management and rack tagging
• Logistics and supply chain documentation
• Retail product identification and pricing
• Production line tracking and internal organization

When it may not be suitable

These labels are not recommended for applications requiring long-term outdoor exposure, as direct sunlight and moisture may degrade the thermal coating over time. They are also unsuitable for standard laser or inkjet printers, as they are exclusively engineered for thermal printing technology.

Key specifications

• Dimensions: 100x150 mm
• Format: Convenient roll
• Color: White
• Printing technology: Direct thermal
• Adhesive type: Self-adhesive

How to use

Load the roll of thermal labels directly into a compatible thermal printer, ensuring the printable side faces the thermal printhead according to your printer manufacturer guidelines. Adjust the printer guides to fit the label width securely. Set your label design software or shipping platform to the exact dimensions of 100x150 mm and print directly. Ensure the application surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or grease before applying the self-adhesive label to achieve optimal adhesion.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your printer model supports a label width of 100x150 mm and is compatible with roll-fed thermal media
• Evaluate your daily printing volume to determine if the roll format meets your operational throughput
• Check if your application requires direct thermal printing or if thermal transfer labels with ribbons are necessary for your environmental conditions

Store the thermal label rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and high humidity to preserve the sensitivity of the thermal coating and the effectiveness of the adhesive layer.
