How to use

Secure the workpiece and ensure the hole is drilled to the correct core diameter for M12 threads. Apply suitable cutting fluid to the tap and the hole to reduce friction and aid chip evacuation. Start with the first (starter) tap, aligning it square to the hole and turning with a tap wrench in small clockwise increments, backing off periodically to clear chips. Proceed through the intermediate tap to the final tap to achieve the finished thread profile. After tapping, clean chips from the thread and inspect thread fit with an M12 bolt or gauge.
