How to use

Secure the workpiece and center-drill or drill the correct pilot hole size for M6 tapping according to standard tapping drills. Position the FANAR hand tap perpendicular to the workpiece and apply steady, moderate pressure while turning the tap clockwise to start the thread. Use periodic backing-off turns to break chips and clear the flute. For blind holes stop before full depth to avoid bottoming unless using bottoming technique appropriate to the hole.
