Grinding disc Faster Tools C100 (model 8958095) — Fibrodisks abrasive disc
Fibrodisks grinding disc Faster Tools C100 (model 8958095) is an abrasive disc made on a special fibre backing with multiple silicon carbide layers bonded by synthetic resins to provide mechanical strength and durable abrasive action. The disc is designed for material removal and surface preparation on stone, ceramic and similar hard substrates and is intended for use on angle grinders. Diameter 125 mm, bore 22 mm, grit 100, maximum rotational speed 12,200 rpm. The disc can be used wet.
The Faster Tools C100 Fibrodisks disc offers high abrasive efficiency and consistent performance thanks to its silicon carbide abrasive layers and resin bonding. Its fibre backing improves resistance to mechanical stress while allowing controlled stock removal on hard materials. The disc is suitable for both dry and wet use and fits standard angle grinders with a 22 mm bore.
Install the disc on an angle grinder with compatible mounting and ensure the bore fits securely on the spindle. Observe the grinder manufacturer’s instructions for wheel mounting and tightening. Start at low speed to check balance and runout, then proceed with grinding using steady, even pressure. For wet use, apply water consistently to reduce dust and heat; for dry use, maintain appropriate dust extraction and wear protective equipment. Do not exceed the specified maximum rotational speed.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety goggles, gloves, hearing protection and respiratory protection when dry grinding). Ensure the disc is suited to the specific stone or ceramic and replace the disc if it shows cracks or excessive wear. Follow the angle grinder manufacturer’s safety guidelines and the disc’s maximum RPM rating.
