Laminating Film Fellowes LAMPO75105125 75 x 105 mm 125 µm Glossy
Clear gloss laminating film Fellowes LAMPO75105125 sized 75 x 105 mm with a total pouch thickness of 125 µm (both sides combined). These thermal laminating pouches are intended for use with pouch laminators and manual lamination of small documents, photos, cards and ID badges. The film improves colour vibrancy, adds a glossy finish and provides protection against moisture, dirt and mechanical wear. Each pouch has an approximate 3 mm overhang on all sides compared to the paper format. Pack contains 100 laminating pouches.
The Fellowes 125 µm glossy pouches deliver consistent heat-activated adhesion and a clear, reflective surface that enhances printed details. They offer reliable protection from humidity and contaminants, help reduce wear from handling, and are compatible with standard thermal pouch laminators. Thickness is specified per single side in microns, and a pouch always consists of two sides of the stated thickness.
Place the document centrally inside the laminating pouch, ensuring an even 3 mm margin of film around the edges. Preheat your pouch laminator to the temperature range suitable for 125 µm pouches (typically 110–120 °C) and feed the sealed edge first according to the laminator manufacturer’s instructions. Allow the laminated item to cool flat before handling to ensure full adhesion and a smooth glossy surface.
For best results use with pouch laminators set to the recommended temperature range for 125 µm pouches (110–120 °C). Avoid using with thicker materials or high-temperature industrial rollers. Store pouches flat in a dry environment and allow newly laminated items to cool fully to prevent bubbling or warping.
