FELO PH3 Phillips screwdriver bit, 25 mm (FL02203010)
FELO PH3 Phillips screwdriver bit, 25 mm (FL02203010)
FELO PH3 Phillips screwdriver bit, 25 mm is a precision-machined bit engineered for driving PH3 cross-head screws. With a 25 mm working length and a 1/4" hex shank, this bit is compatible with standard bit holders, cordless screwdrivers and impact drivers that accept 1/4" hex bits. It is intended to provide an accurate fit to Phillips screw recesses and transfer torque effectively for assembly, carpentry and electrical installation tasks requiring PH3 fastening.
The bit is made to precise dimensional tolerances to ensure a secure seating in PH3 screw heads, reducing cam-out and wear. Its 1/4" hex shank allows quick insertion into common bit holders and quick-change chucks. The 25 mm length offers a balance between access in confined spaces and control during fastening operations. Materials and heat treatment provide durability for repeated use in workshop and on-site conditions.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder or directly into a screwdriver/driver with a 1/4" hex chuck. Select the appropriate torque setting on the driver when fastening into different materials to avoid overdriving. Align the PH3 tip with the screw head and apply steady axial pressure while driving to maintain correct engagement and reduce slipping. For removal, reverse the driver direction and maintain alignment to prevent damage to the screw head.
For best performance, inspect the bit tip for wear before use and replace if rounded or chipped. Use appropriate torque and speed settings for the screw and material. When working with impact drivers, ensure the bit is rated for impact use or replace frequently to maintain fit and safety.
