FELO PZ1 Phillips/Pozi screwdriver bit, 150 mm (FL03101910)
The FELO PZ1 Phillips/Pozi screwdriver bit, 150 mm, is a single-piece replacement bit designed for use with bit holders, manual screwdriver handles and compatible power drivers. It features a Pozidriv PZ1 cross tip suitable for driving and removing PZ1 fasteners commonly found in carpentry, furniture assembly and light mechanical tasks. The extended 150 mm length provides additional reach in recessed or hard-to-access screw positions while maintaining compatibility with standard 1/4" hex bit chucks.
This PZ1 bit is manufactured to deliver consistent tip geometry for reliable engagement with Pozidriv fasteners, reducing cam-out and wear. The 150 mm length improves reach without sacrificing control, and the hardened steel construction resists deformation under typical torque loads. Its standard hex shank enables quick interchange with most bit holders and power drivers, allowing efficient switching between tasks.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder, manual screwdriver handle or power driver chuck until it seats securely. Align the PZ1 tip with the Pozidriv screw recess and apply steady axial pressure while turning to drive or remove the fastener. For better control in tight spaces use the extended length to reach recessed screws while maintaining a straight driving angle to minimize tip wear and cam-out.
Use appropriate torque settings on power drivers to avoid overstressing the bit and fastener. Inspect the tip for rounding before use and replace the bit if significant wear is visible. Store in a dry tool box or bit organizer to prevent corrosion and to keep the tip geometry intact.
