Battery Charger Fenix ARE-D1 USB Lithium-Ion NiCd NiMH Black
Battery Charger Fenix ARE-D1 USB Lithium-Ion NiCd NiMH Black
The Fenix ARE-D1 is a single-channel USB battery charger compatible with Lithium‑Ion, Nickel‑Metal Hydride (Ni‑MH) and Nickel‑Cadmium (Ni‑Cd) rechargeable cells. It supports C, AA and AAA sizes and is built for household use with compact dimensions (120 × 38 × 30 mm) and a lightweight design. The device includes an LCD that shows charge, discharge and battery status, and offers Micro‑USB charging and USB output for discharging external devices.
The charger delivers up to 2 A output current and a 5 V output voltage for reliable charging and USB discharging. A high‑definition LCD provides clear, real‑time information on charging progress and battery condition. Built‑in protection circuits guard against short circuit, over‑current, over‑voltage and reverse polarity. Its single‑slot design accepts multiple chemistries and cell sizes, making it versatile and simple to use.
Insert a single rechargeable cell into the slot, observing correct polarity. Connect a Micro‑USB cable to the charger and a suitable power source to begin charging; the LCD will indicate charge progress and battery status. To use the USB output for discharging, connect the external device to the charger's USB port; the charger will supply up to 5 V/2 A. Remove the battery after charging completes and disconnect cables when not in use.
Use only rechargeable batteries of the supported chemistries and sizes. Do not use the charger with damaged cells. Charge in a well‑ventilated area and disconnect the charger after the battery is fully charged. Follow battery manufacturer guidelines for optimal storage and cycling.
