Universal Time Relay FF PCU-507 230V, 2×8A Output, Adjustable Timing
Universal Time Relay FF PCU-507 230V, 2×8A Output, Adjustable Timing
The FF PCU-507 is a universal time relay for 230V mains systems, featuring two independent outputs rated at 8A each. Designed for DIN-rail mounting, the unit provides adjustable timing functions suitable for delayed switching, cyclic operation and time-limited power supply. Its compact footprint and clear front-panel controls make it appropriate for both industrial and residential control panels, HVAC systems, lighting circuits and small motor control applications where reliable, repeatable timing is required.
The time relay offers two switching outputs that allow simultaneous control of separate circuits and reduce the need for additional relays. Adjustable timing ranges and straightforward front-panel adjustment enable precise configuration on site without special tools. DIN-rail compatibility and a compact housing simplify installation in standard enclosures, saving space and facilitating integration into existing control systems.
Install the relay on a standard DIN-rail inside a suitably rated enclosure and connect the 230 V supply according to the wiring diagram supplied with the product. Wire load circuits to the two switching outputs, respecting the 8 A maximum per channel. Set the required timing function and duration using the front-panel controls, then apply power and verify operation with the intended load. Ensure wiring is carried out by a qualified electrician and observe local electrical safety regulations.
For reliable long-term operation, avoid exceeding the rated output current and use appropriate protection devices such as fuses or circuit breakers. Verify compatibility of connected loads with AC switching and consider inrush currents for motors or capacitive loads when selecting protective elements.
