Universal Time Relay FF PCU-510 DUO 24/230V, 2×8A
The FF PCU-510 DUO is a universal time relay with dual-voltage input (24/230V) and two independent output channels rated at 8A each. It is engineered for timing control in automation circuits where compact size and flexible time-delay programming are required. The device supports a range of delay functions and delivers reliable switching for lighting, heating control, motor preventive sequences and other residential or light-industrial applications.
The time relay offers dual-voltage compatibility, allowing installation in systems with either low-voltage control or mains-voltage supply without additional converters. Two independently configurable output channels enable separate timed operations from a single module. The compact design and standardized mounting make it suitable for DIN-rail distribution boards or control cabinets. Built for repeated switching, the relay ensures stable contact performance for typical household and light industrial loads up to 8A per channel.
Mount the time relay on a DIN-rail inside the control cabinet and connect the supply to the appropriate input terminals for 24 V or 230 V, observing correct polarity for DC connections. Wire the output contacts to the controlled circuit loads, ensuring each channel does not exceed the 8 A rating. Set the desired timing function and delay value using the front-panel controls or configuration switches. Verify correct operation by performing a functional test of each timed output before placing the system into regular service.
Ensure the connected loads are within the specified current rating and use appropriate overcurrent protection. Avoid exposing the device to excessive moisture or vibration and follow local wiring codes. For inductive loads such as motors or contactors, consider using suppression components or contactors controlled by the relay to extend contact life.
