Fiberlogy CPE HT natural 1.75 mm is a high-temperature copolyester filament supplied on a 0.75 kg spool, designed for FDM/FFF 3D printing of parts that require improved thermal resistance and dimensional stability. The natural color gives a neutral surface finish suitable for post-processing, painting or functional use. This filament offers a balance between strength, stiffness and heat resistance, making it appropriate for mechanical components, housings and prototypes that will be exposed to elevated temperatures or demanding operating conditions.
CPE HT provides higher heat deflection and better dimensional stability compared with standard polyesters, while maintaining good layer adhesion and printability on commonly used heated-bed printers. The 1.75 mm diameter ensures consistent extrusion on modern extruders, and the natural shade facilitates visual inspection and finishing. The filament is suited to produce functional parts with reliable mechanical properties and reasonable resistance to chemicals and environmental influences typical for copolyester materials.
Load the 1.75 mm filament into a compatible FDM/FFF printer with a heated bed. Set printing temperatures and bed conditions according to your printer and nozzle; start with manufacturer-recommended ranges for CPE HT materials and fine-tune based on part adhesion and surface finish. Use appropriate retraction and cooling settings to minimise stringing and maintain layer bonding. Allow printed parts to cool on the build plate gradually to reduce warping and preserve dimensional accuracy.
For best results, print on a well-calibrated machine with a stable heated bed and consider using a closed or semi-enclosed build chamber when printing parts intended for elevated-temperature use. Test small calibration samples to determine optimal extrusion temperature and bed adhesion method; ensure ventilation and follow safety guidelines when printing thermoplastic materials.
