Filament PLA dark gray 1.75 mm Fiberlogy EASY-GRAPHITE-175-085
Fiberlogy PLA filament in dark gray (1.75 mm) is a thermoplastic consumable for FDM/FFF 3D printers. It is formulated to provide easy printing with good dimensional stability and surface finish, making it suitable for rapid prototyping, visual models, household parts and decorative objects. The filament diameter is 1.75 mm and it is intended for use with printers and slicer profiles configured for standard PLA materials.
This PLA filament offers reliable feeding and consistent extrusion due to its controlled diameter and roundness. The dark gray color delivers neutral, professional-looking prints and hides minor surface imperfections. Its formulation supports low-warp printing and typically does not require aggressive cooling or high extrusion temperatures, which simplifies setup for users familiar with PLA.
Load the filament into the printer according to the manufacturer’s instructions and set the slicer to standard PLA parameters: typical nozzle temperature range around 190–220 °C, print bed temperature if used in the 40–60 °C range, moderate cooling fan settings and standard print speeds for your machine. Ensure the filament path is free of obstructions and perform a calibration print or extrusion test before running long prints. Store the spool in a dry place or sealed container with desiccant to maintain print quality.
For best results, start with mid-range temperatures and adjust based on layer adhesion and surface finish. Use a heated bed or build surface recommended for PLA when printing larger parts to reduce the chance of warping. Avoid prolonged exposure to humidity; dry the filament if prints show bubbling or poor layer bonding.
