3D printing filament Fiberlogy ABS + Graphite 1.75 mm 850 g
3D printing filament Fiberlogy ABS + Graphite 1.75 mm 850 g
Fiberlogy ABS + Graphite 1.75 mm is a filament for FDM/FFF 3D printers offered on an 850 g spool. The material combines standard ABS polymer with a graphite filler to deliver the mechanical performance typical of ABS while changing surface appearance and certain physical properties. The filament is designed for printers that accept 1.75 mm filament and is intended for functional prototypes, housings and parts where increased stiffness and a matt, slightly textured finish are required.
The addition of graphite modifies the filament’s surface to a matt, subtly textured look and can affect electrical and thermal conductivity compared with pure ABS. The material retains ABS-level mechanical strength, impact resistance and thermal stability suitable for many functional applications. The 1.75 mm diameter ensures compatibility with a wide range of desktop FDM/FFF printers, and the 850 g spool provides a balance between usable material quantity and storage convenience.
Load the 1.75 mm filament into an FDM/FFF 3D printer configured for ABS or similar materials. Use a heated build platform and appropriate nozzle and bed temperatures for ABS-based filaments; adjust printer settings such as printing speed, retraction and cooling to compensate for the graphite filler and to avoid clogging. Ensure proper filament drying if the filament has been exposed to humidity prior to printing. After printing, allow parts to cool gradually on the build plate to reduce warping or distortion.
For optimal results, print on a heated bed with a temperature appropriate for ABS, use a closed or enclosed print chamber when possible, and perform test prints to fine-tune extrusion temperature and flow. Store the filament in a dry environment or sealed packaging with desiccant to maintain print quality over time.
