3D printing filament Fiberlogy Filament R ABS Anthracite 1.75 mm 0.75 kg
Fiberlogy Filament R ABS Anthracite is a 1.75 mm ABS filament supplied on a 0.75 kg spool for FFF/FDM 3D printers. Designed for manufacturing functional parts and prototypes, this ABS filament provides the typical combination of mechanical strength, dimensional stability and thermal resistance associated with ABS materials. The anthracite colour offers a neutral, professional appearance and is suitable for parts that require subsequent post-processing such as sanding, drilling or solvent smoothing.
This ABS filament offers good impact resistance and rigidity, making it suitable for parts exposed to mechanical loads. The 1.75 mm diameter ensures wide compatibility with most desktop FFF/FDM machines. The 0.75 kg spool provides a balance between material availability and reduced storage space. The filament is formulated to deliver stable extrusion and consistent layer adhesion, allowing reliable printing of housings, fixtures and small structural components that require post-processing.
Load the 1.75 mm filament into a compatible FFF/FDM 3D printer following the printer manufacturer's instructions. Typical printing parameters for ABS include a nozzle temperature in the range recommended for ABS on your printer (commonly 230–260°C) and a heated bed to improve adhesion and reduce warping. Use an enclosure or controlled ambient temperature when possible to minimize layer delamination and warping. After printing, allow parts to cool gradually before removal and perform any post-processing such as sanding, drilling or solvent smoothing as required.
Store the filament in a dry place, ideally in sealed packaging with desiccant, to prevent moisture absorption which can affect print quality. For best results, calibrate extrusion multiplier and retraction settings for your printer and nozzle combination. When printing functional parts, consider part orientation and infill settings to meet desired mechanical performance.
