3D printer filament Fiberlogy Easy PETG 1.75 mm 0.85 kg – Scarlet
Fiberlogy Easy PETG 1.75 mm 0.85 kg – Scarlet is a PETG 3D printer filament supplied on a 0.85 kg spool in a vivid scarlet color. Designed for general-purpose printing, this filament balances strength, chemical resistance and ease of printing. It is intended for printers configured for PETG extrusion temperatures and standard build plates and is suitable for producing functional parts, prototypes and mechanical components where dimensional stability and reliable layer adhesion are required.
Easy PETG offers good layer adhesion and lower warping compared with some other engineering materials, providing consistent extrusion and predictable dimensional stability. The chemical resistance of PETG makes the filament appropriate for parts that may be exposed to mild chemicals or moisture. The scarlet color provides a uniform, strong visual appearance for prototypes and finished parts while the 1.75 mm diameter ensures compatibility with the majority of hobby and prosumer extruders.
Load the 1.75 mm filament into a printer prepared for PETG printing. Set the nozzle temperature to the printer manufacturer’s recommended PETG range and use a build plate temperature suitable for PETG to reduce adhesion issues. Ensure correct extrusion multiplier and retraction settings for your hotend to avoid stringing and oozing. Print at moderate speeds typical for PETG and allow sufficient cooling where required for feature accuracy. Store the spool in a dry environment or a sealed container with desiccant when not in use to preserve filament quality.
For best results, use a heated bed and a moderate layer height; adjust retraction and print speed to minimize stringing. Test a small calibration print when switching to this filament to determine the optimal temperature and flow settings for your specific printer configuration.
