3D printer filament Fiberlogy PETG V0 1.75 mm 0.85 kg – Black
Fiberlogy PETG V0 1.75 mm 0.85 kg – Black is a PETG-based 3D printing filament designed for fused filament fabrication (FFF) systems that accept 1.75 mm filament. The material combines typical PETG mechanical properties—good layer adhesion, toughness and low warping—with a V0 flame-retardant classification, making it suitable where increased fire safety is required. The filament comes wound on a 0.85 kg spool in black and is intended for functional prototypes, mechanical parts and end-use components that demand durability and improved thermal and chemical resistance.
This PETG V0 filament offers a balance of strength and flexibility with enhanced flame-retardant performance corresponding to its V0 classification. It provides reliable printability on standard FFF machines, reduced risk of delamination due to strong interlayer bonding, and lower tendency to warp compared with some engineering plastics. The black coloration ensures consistent surface appearance for visible parts and assemblies.
Load the 1.75 mm filament onto a compatible FFF 3D printer according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions. Use standard PETG printing parameters as a starting point and adjust temperatures and speeds to your specific printer and model: typical nozzle temperatures for PETG range above PLA and below many nylons, and a heated bed is recommended to reduce warping. Ensure the filament feeds smoothly from the spool and that the extruder path is free of obstructions. Print a small calibration piece to fine-tune extrusion multiplier, retraction and cooling settings before producing final parts.
Store the filament in a dry environment or sealed container with desiccant to prevent moisture uptake, which can affect print quality. When printing functional or load-bearing parts, validate mechanical properties with test prints and consider post-processing such as annealing or surface finishing only if it does not impair the material’s flame-retardant properties.
