3D filament Fiberlogy PET-G Matte Blue 1.75 mm 0.85 kg
Fiberlogy PET-G Matte Blue 1.75 mm 0.85 kg is a matte-finish PET-G filament for FDM/FFF 3D printers that accept 1.75 mm filament. The filament is formulated to provide a balance of mechanical strength and chemical resistance typical of PET-G while delivering a subdued, low-gloss surface thanks to its matte pigment. It is supplied on a 0.85 kg spool and intended for printing functional parts, prototypes and decorative objects where a less reflective appearance is desired.
The matte PET-G filament combines the dimensional stability and toughness of PET-G with reduced surface shine, producing parts with a textured, professional look. It offers good layer adhesion and lower warping compared with some engineering plastics, while remaining compatible with common print temperatures and settings on desktop 1.75 mm FDM/FFF machines. The material is resistant to many chemicals and moisture absorption is moderate compared with hygroscopic filaments.
Load the 1.75 mm PET-G filament into a compatible FDM/FFF printer and set nozzle and bed temperatures according to your printer manufacturer or filament supplier recommendations for PET-G. Use calibrated extrusion multiplier and retraction settings to reduce stringing; matte formulations may require slightly different flow settings than glossy grades. Ensure the filament is dry before printing for consistent results; if necessary, dry the spool in a filament dryer or oven at an appropriate low temperature. Print with moderate cooling for best surface quality and enable a heated bed to minimise warping.
For reliable prints, start with common PET-G settings (nozzle ~230–250°C, bed ~70–90°C) and adjust based on adhesion, bridging and surface finish. Use a hardened or coated nozzle if printing abrasive pigments, and store the filament in a sealed container with desiccant to preserve printability.
