Jigsaw blade set Fieldmann FDP 9002 — 10 pcs, for aluminium, metal, wood, black/stainless steel
Set of 10 Fieldmann FDP 9002 jigsaw blades designed for cutting aluminium, various metals and wood. The pack contains a mix of fine-toothed and coarse-toothed blades with a black coating and stainless-steel bodies to provide versatile cutting performance for renovation, DIY and workshop tasks. Blades are manufactured for use in jigsaws with T-shank holders and cover a range of material thicknesses and cutting speeds to match different applications.
The combination of black-coated and stainless-steel blades offers corrosion resistance and visible wear tracking while maintaining cutting strength across materials. Multiple tooth geometries in the set allow fine, smooth cuts in wood and plastics as well as faster, more aggressive cuts in metal. Compatibility with standard T-shank jigsaw chucks ensures straightforward replacement and wide tool interoperability.
Select the blade matched to the material and the required finish, insert the T-shank blade into the jigsaw chuck according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions and secure it firmly. For wood and plastics choose a fine-tooth blade and apply steady feed pressure. For aluminium and non-ferrous metals use the appropriate metal-cutting blade and work at lower jigsaw speeds to avoid overheating; apply cutting lubricant if recommended for the material. Keep the workpiece securely clamped and follow safe cutting practices including eye and hand protection.
Use fine-tooth blades for smooth edges on wood and PVC; reserve coarse/fast-cut blades for metal only at low speeds and with reduced feed to prevent blade overheating. Replace blades when cutting quality declines or when teeth show visible wear. Ensure T-shank compatibility before use.
