How to use

Connect the machine to a properly rated 230 V mains socket and ensure the supply cable and protective devices meet local electrical regulations. Attach the grounding cable to a clean, conductive point on the workpiece or workbench and secure the electrode holder with the chosen electrode. Set the current control to a value appropriate for the electrode diameter and material thickness—start at the lower end of the range for thin sheets and increase toward the upper range for thicker materials. Strike the arc and maintain a consistent travel speed and electrode angle to achieve a uniform weld bead. After welding, switch the machine off and allow the unit and electrode holder to cool before handling or storing.

Usage recommendations

Use electrodes and welding parameters recommended for the target material; for thin sheet metal use lower current settings and smaller diameter electrodes (starting at 1.6 mm). Ensure proper personal protective equipment (welding helmet, gloves and protective clothing) and adequate ventilation when welding.
