The Fischer expansion anchor set 090922 includes two metal heavy-duty internal-thread anchors (Ø6 mm, length 49 mm) with matching TA M6 S/10 components and M6×60 screws. The anchors are made of zinc-plated steel and are designed for pre-positioned installation in non-cracked concrete. During installation the cone is pulled into the expansion sleeve, expanding it against the hole wall. A red plastic cap protects the internal thread from dirt to ensure smooth screw insertion. The set is suitable for medium-duty fixtures that require a secure M6 threaded connection and uses a 10 mm drill hole.

How to use

Drill a 10 mm hole to the specified embedment depth in non-cracked concrete, clean the hole of dust, insert the anchor with the plastic cap in place, position the fixture and tighten the screw so the cone pulls into the sleeve and the sleeve expands against the hole wall. After installation the plastic cap can be removed if required to access the thread. Follow applicable torque values for M6 connections and the manufacturer’s installation instructions to achieve the specified performance.
