Screw Anchor Fischer 536185 4 pcs
The fischer frame fixing SXRL FUS is a screw anchor designed for multiple fixings of non-load-bearing systems into masonry, concrete and aerated concrete. It combines two expansion zones that distribute forces evenly in perforated masonry and form a longer expansion element in aerated and solid building materials. Supplied with a zinc‑plated steel safety screw and compatible with a hexagon head screw with moulded washer and integrated TX40 bit holder, the anchor is intended for securing façade, ceiling and roof substructures made of metal. Each pack contains four screw anchors suitable for indoor and outdoor installations.
The design with two expansion zones ensures balanced load transfer in perforated masonry and extended anchoring length in aerated concrete and solid materials. The integral compatibility with a hexagon head screw featuring a moulded washer and TX40 bit holder simplifies installation and reduces the need for additional components. Zinc‑plated steel for the safety screw offers corrosion resistance suitable for many exterior and interior applications. The long shank and engineered expansion profile provide reliable holding power across a range of substrates.
This screw anchor is not intended for primary load‑bearing structural connections; it is designed for non‑load‑bearing systems. Use caution when considering very thin substrates or hollow partitions where the anchor cannot develop sufficient expansion. For connections requiring certified load capacities under specific structural codes, consult an engineer or select an anchor specified for those requirements.
Drill a hole to the specified diameter and depth for the anchor, clean the hole of dust, insert the SXRL FUS anchor fully, position the metal substructure and drive the safety screw using a TX40 bit until the anchor expands and secures the fixture. Ensure the screw is tightened to the appropriate torque recommended for the fastening and base material. Follow manufacturer recommendations for drill size and embedment depth for each substrate.
Use the Fischer SXRL FUS with the specified hexagon head screw and TX40 bit for reliable installation; pre‑drill and clean holes thoroughly and tighten screws to the recommended torque for the substrate to achieve intended holding performance.
