Screw Anchor Fischer 536191 4 pcs
The Fischer SXRL-T frame fixing with matching countersunk-head screw and TX drive is intended for multiple non-structural fixings in masonry, concrete and aerated concrete. Its design features two expansion zones that distribute forces evenly in perforated masonry and form a continuous expansion element in aerated concrete and solid substrates. The set is supplied with zinc-plated steel safety screws and is intended for internal installations such as window frames, coat racks, wall cupboards and TV consoles.
The anchor’s dual expansion zones provide reliable load transfer across different base materials, while the long sleeve design ensures good contact and holding power in aerated concrete and solid masonry. The use of a countersunk-head screw with TX drive simplifies installation and leads to a flush finish for frame fittings. Zinc-plated steel screws offer basic corrosion resistance for indoor applications.
This frame fixing is not intended for load-bearing structural connections; it is designed for non-structural or light-load applications only. For outdoor or highly corrosive environments a stainless-steel or specially coated fastener should be chosen instead of the zinc-plated screw supplied with the set.
Drill a hole with the recommended diameter and depth for the anchor, clean the borehole from dust, insert the expansion sleeve into the hole and place the frame element. Insert the countersunk screw through the frame into the sleeve and tighten with a TX driver until the sleeve expands and the head is flush with the frame. Follow the manufacturer’s torque recommendations for consistent fixing performance.
Use in internal, non-load-bearing frame installations; pre-clean boreholes and use a matching TX bit to ensure proper seating and expansion of the sleeve for maximum holding capability.
