Each plug measures approximately 10 mm in diameter and 80 mm in length and is intended for drill holes with a 10 mm diameter. The kit is suitable for use in autoclaved aerated concrete, brick, concrete, gypsum block and general masonry and is intended for interior non-load-bearing frame and fixture installations such as window frames, wall cupboards, coat racks or TV consoles.

How to use

Drill a hole of the specified 10 mm diameter to the required depth appropriate for the 80 mm plug. Clean the hole of dust and debris before inserting the plug fully into the hole. Position the fixture and drive the matching screw with the specified TX drive until the plug expands and secures the fixture. Ensure the plug is installed flush with the substrate and that the screw is tightened to achieve a firm, but not over-stressed, connection.

Usage recommendations

Use the kit for non-load-bearing interior applications and light to medium fixtures; for safety-critical or heavy load installations consult product approvals and applicable standards. For best results, follow substrate-specific drilling and installation guidance and use a TX40 drive if specified for the screw head.
