The fischer frame fixing SXRL-T with safety screw (zinc-plated steel) is a kit for multiple non-load-bearing fixings in masonry, concrete and autoclaved aerated concrete. Its two expansion zones transfer forces evenly into perforated masonry and form a long expansion element in solid and aerated concrete, providing versatile anchorage depths suitable for internal installations such as windows, coat racks, wall cupboards and TV consoles.

Advantages

The long expansion element is available with multiple anchorage depths (50, 70 and 90 mm), which increases flexibility for different installation situations. The plug’s special geometry distributes retention forces evenly inside the drilled hole. The SXRL holds an approval for single-point fixing in cracked concrete, making it suitable for applications like awning roofs and outdoor railings where concrete performance is required. Longer ribs on deeper settings reduce the risk of the plug turning during installation.

How to use

Drill a hole with the recommended diameter into the base material to the required depth. Clean the hole of dust and debris, insert the SXRL plug fully, then drive the supplied zinc-plated safety screw with a TX40 drive into the plug until the required anchorage depth and secure fit are reached. For deeper anchorage use the longer ribs setting to prevent plug rotation during insertion.

Usage recommendations

Use the appropriate anchorage depth (50, 70 or 90 mm) for the load and base material. Follow the product approval limits for single-point fixings in cracked concrete and use correct drill diameter and hole cleaning for best performance.
