Screw & wall plug kit Fischer 522706
The fischer frame fixing SXRL-T with matching countersunk head screw (TX40) is a certified fixing system for multiple non-load-bearing connections in masonry, concrete and autoclaved aerated concrete. The plug features two expansion zones that distribute forces evenly in perforated masonry and form a long expansion element in aerated concrete and solid building materials. The kit includes corrosion-protected zinc-plated safety screws and is intended for internal frame fixings such as windows, coat racks, wall cupboards and TV consoles.
The long expansion element with anchorage depths of 50, 70 and 90 mm increases the versatility of the SXRL-T across different substrate thicknesses. The plug geometry ensures that retention forces are distributed evenly within the drill hole. The approval for single-point fixing in cracked concrete makes the SXRL-T especially suitable for applications like awning roofs and outdoor railings where concrete performance is required. Longer ribs on the plug reduce the risk of the plug turning during deep installation.
Drill the hole with the recommended diameter and depth for the chosen anchorage length, clean out drill dust, insert the SXRL-T plug flush with the surface and place the matching countersunk head screw (TX40). Tighten the screw until the plug expands and secures in the substrate; avoid over-torquing. For deep installations select the longer anchorage depth so the plug ribs engage and prevent rotation during tightening.
Use the SXRL-T system only with the specified countersunk head screw (TX40) and observe the approved anchorage depths. Verify substrate condition (cracked or uncracked concrete, perforated masonry, AAC) and choose the appropriate plug length. For safety-relevant or exterior applications consult the product approval documentation and, where necessary, a structural engineer.
