Cable tie FISCHER 543925 — Nylon green, 150 mm x 2.5 mm, pack of 100
FISCHER 543925 is a pack of 100 green nylon cable ties, each 150 mm long and 2.5 mm wide, designed for general cable fastening and bundling tasks. Made from high-quality nylon that is halogen- and silicone-free, these single-use locking ties secure cables and small pipes with a simple insert-and-pull action: the strap is placed around the items to be fastened and pulled through the head until the serrated tongue engages to hold the bundle in place. The ties perform reliably in an operating temperature range from -10 °C to +85 °C and are suitable for most indoor uses and outdoor applications where temperature limits and UV exposure permit.
The long-lasting nylon construction provides consistent tensile strength for electrical, data and general organizing uses while avoiding halogen and silicone additives. The product is delivered in a pack of 100 for repeat jobs and straightforward inventory management. The green colour makes grouped installations easy to identify and differentiate from other cable bundles.
Place the cable tie around the cables or items to be bundled and insert the free end of the strap through the head. Pull the strap until the serrated tongue engages in the head and the desired tension is achieved. Trim the excess strap close to the head if a neater finish is required. Once engaged the ratchet head provides a permanent lock; ties are intended for one-time fastening and must be cut to be removed.
For best results, avoid using these green nylon ties in prolonged direct sunlight or environments with strong UV exposure—use UV-stabilised black variants for outdoor applications. Do not exceed the specified temperature range and avoid contact with strong acids or bases. For critical electrical installations, ensure correct cable routing and strain relief before securing with cable ties, and trim excess length to reduce snagging.
