Expansion anchor Fischer 567812 60 mm Green 20 pcs
The Fischer SX Plus Green expansion anchor (Fischer 567812) is a 60 mm anchor produced with at least 50% renewable raw materials and designed for reliable fixing in solid and perforated building materials. It is suitable for use in concrete, brick, autoclaved aerated concrete, gypsum block and masonry. The pack contains 20 green plugs, each with a 12 mm diameter, and is intended for general construction and repair tasks where secure mechanical anchoring is required.
The SX Plus Green is manufactured from at least 50% renewable raw materials, reducing reliance on fossil raw materials. Its 4-way expansion ensures optimum force transmission into the base material and high load values in solid and perforated substrates. Special fixing blades provide pre‑fixation of the screw so the screw remains held in place during setting, which is useful for overhead or single-person installations. The expansion‑free plug neck prevents expansion forces at the material surface while screwing, helping to avoid damage to tiles or plaster. A pronounced plug edge prevents the anchor from slipping deeper into the drill hole and the plug’s shape allows easy insertion with a few light hammer blows.
Drill a hole of the correct diameter and depth for the 12 mm SX Plus Green anchor, clean the hole of dust, insert the plug flush with the surface and push through or pre-position as required. When the screw is inserted, the fixing blades fold inwards and hold the screw in place. Tighten the screw; the plug will expand in four directions to anchor securely in the base material. Avoid using damaged plugs and ensure the chosen screw type and length are compatible with the plug and the application.
Use for loads and substrates within the anchor’s rated values; follow manufacturer load tables for spacing, edge distances and embedment depth. For tiled or sensitive surfaces, ensure the expansion‑free neck is seated correctly to minimise surface stress. For overhead installations, take advantage of the pre‑fixing blades to allow single‑handed screw driving.
