How to use

Drill the hole with the recommended 12 mm drill bit to the required depth, clean the hole of dust, then insert the Fischer 568012 plug until the collar rests against the surface. For pre-positioned installation the fixing wings fold inwards when the screw is inserted, holding the screw in place; for push-through installation insert the screw through the fixture and into the plug. Tighten the screw until the plug expands in four directions and anchors in the base material. Select a screw length equal to plug length + fixture thickness + screw diameter.

Usage recommendations

Use wood, chipboard or stud screws of the correct diameter and length. Clean drilled holes before insertion and avoid overtightening once the characteristic tightening torque is felt. Choose the appropriate anchor size and type for the specific base material and load requirements.
