How to use

Drill a hole of the correct diameter and depth for the 8 mm plug. Clean the hole of dust, insert the Fischer expansion anchor into the drill hole until the collar sits flush with the surface, using light hammer taps if necessary. Insert an appropriate wood, chipboard or stud screw of the correct length (plug length + fixture thickness + screw diameter) and tighten. During tightening the plug expands in four directions and anchors securely in the base material; the fixing wings fold inward to hold the screw during overhead installations.
