How to use

Drill a hole of the specified diameter (10 mm) to the required depth, remove drilling dust, then insert the Fischer SX Plus anchor flush with the surface or to the required depth. For pre-positioned installation the anchor is put into the hole before placing the fixture; for push-through installation the anchor is pushed through the fixture into the hole. Start the appropriate wood, chipboard or stud screw; the fixing blades will hold the screw in position. Tighten the screw until noticeable tightening torque is felt, at which point the anchor expands in four directions to form a secure connection.

Usage recommendations

Use screw length equal to plug length + fixture thickness + screw diameter. Ensure the drill hole is cleaned of dust before insertion. Select screws compatible with the SX Plus (wood/chipboard or threaded screws) and observe the material-specific load tables for safe working loads.
