Cable tie FISCHER 69367, nylon black, 250 mm × 4.8 mm, pack of 100
FISCHER 69367 is a pack of 100 black nylon cable ties, each 250 mm long and 4.8 mm wide, designed for bundling and securing cables, conduits and small components. Made from halogen- and silicone-free nylon and UV-stabilised for improved durability in exposed indoor locations, these cable ties operate reliably between -10 °C and 85 °C. The self-locking head secures the strip through toothed latching for a permanent hold, making these medium-length ties suitable where a robust, cost-effective fastening is required.
The long-lasting nylon construction is free from halogens and silicone, reducing the risk of corrosive residues and contamination in electrical applications. UV stabilisation in the black material improves resistance to light-induced degradation for longer life in exposed indoor environments. The simple, single-piece design enables quick mounting by inserting the strip through the head and pulling to tighten, producing a reliable, permanent lock.
Place the cable tie around the bundle or object to be secured, insert the free end of the strip through the head and pull it tight until the required tension is reached. The internal teeth engage with the tab to create a permanent lock; excess length can be cut off close to the head for a neat finish. Use appropriate cutting tools to avoid damaging bundled cables or surrounding materials.
For electrical installations, position cable ties so they do not compress cable insulation excessively and maintain recommended spacing to avoid heat build-up. Store ties in a dry, cool place away from direct heat sources. For outdoor or prolonged UV exposure, consider stainless steel or specifically rated exterior ties; for most indoor applications the UV-stabilised black nylon provides adequate durability.
