Ladder cable tie FISCHER UBN 4.8 x 430 mm Nylon Black, 100 pcs
FISCHER UBN 4.8 x 430 mm Nylon Black, 100 pcs is a ladder-style cable tie designed for bundling, fastening and organising cables, conduits and insulation pipes in industrial, construction and electrical installation applications. Made from high-quality nylon with UV stabilisation, this 430 mm long and 4.8 mm wide tie provides extended reach for groups of cables or for securing items at multiple attachment points. Supplied in a pack of 100 pieces, the ties use a ratchet-style head that locks the strap permanently when the strip is pulled through, creating a secure and low-profile fastening.
The FISCHER UBN cable tie is produced from durable, halogen- and silicone-free nylon, minimising contamination risks in sensitive environments. UV-stabilised material improves longevity for outdoor or sun-exposed installations. The ladder-style geometry and sufficient length allow organised routing of larger cable bundles and the reliable ratchet locking ensures a permanent hold without additional tools.
Place the cable tie around the cables or pipes to be fastened, insert the free end of the strap through the head and pull until the desired tension is reached. The integrated teeth engage with the locking tab to secure the tie permanently. Trim the excess tail if necessary. Installation requires no special tools; in high-volume or precision applications a cutting tool or tensioning device may be used to achieve consistent tension and a flush finish.
For best results, avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to cable jackets. Use tie length appropriate to the bundle diameter and consider using multiple ties at intervals for long cable runs. For outdoor or UV-exposed installations select the black UV-stabilised version as supplied.
