Brass nipple fitting Fitting SF52-3/4x20 is a compact solid brass connector with 3/4" BSP male threads and a 20 mm overall length. It is designed to join two female-threaded pipes or fittings in plumbing and fluid systems. The fitting is suitable for potable water and heating installations, as well as general domestic and light commercial applications where a corrosion-resistant and reliable threaded connection is required.
The solid brass construction provides good corrosion resistance and durability in contact with water and common heating fluids. Standard 3/4" BSP threads ensure compatibility with widely used plumbing fittings and fixtures. Its short length allows connections in confined spaces and reduces protrusion inside piping runs. For potable water systems, use thread sealants approved for drinking water. Avoid exposure to highly acidic or alkaline fluids that may accelerate dezincification. In high-temperature or high-pressure heating systems consult system specifications to ensure the brass nipple meets operating conditions.
