The FNIRSI WMT-10 is a non-invasive moisture meter that provides fast, high-resolution readings without puncturing surfaces. Using induction technology and an electromagnetic wave sensor, it supports measurements on wood, masonry, plaster and other building materials. A large 2.4-inch color TFT screen with 0.1% resolution and a built-in flashlight ensure readable results in low-light conditions, while a rechargeable battery with USB-C charging supports extended use.

How to use

Switch on the meter and select the appropriate measurement mode for the material being tested (Softwood, Hardwood, Masonry or Powdered Wall). Place the measuring panel flat against the surface and wait for the reading to stabilise on the screen. Use the HOLD function to freeze a measurement, and store results in memory if comparison with previous readings is required. Charge the device via the Type-C port before extended use.

Usage recommendations

For consistent results, ensure the measuring panel is clean and in full contact with the tested surface. Allow the surface to reach ambient temperature and avoid measuring through coatings or thick finishes that may affect induction-based readings.
