Duct Tape Folsen 200-12091 PE 48 mm x 50 m Grey
Duct Tape Folsen 200-12091 PE 48 mm x 50 m Grey is a polyethylene-backed adhesive tape 48 mm wide and 50 m long in grey. It is designed for general sealing, repairing, bundling and temporary fixes where a durable, flexible tape is required. The PE backing provides water resistance and tear resistance along the tape length, while the pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures reliable contact to a range of common surfaces both indoors and outdoors.
The tape combines a tough PE backing with a high-tack adhesive to provide good holding power and resistance to wear. Its medium width makes it suitable for precise joins and repairs without excess material waste. The grey colour offers a neutral appearance for visible repairs and installations. The product performs well on surfaces such as painted wood, metal, plastic and cardboard and withstands short-term exposure to moisture and moderate mechanical stress.
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease or loose particles before applying the tape. Unroll the required length and press the tape firmly onto the surface, smoothing from the centre outwards to eliminate air pockets. For stronger adhesion on porous or rough surfaces, apply firm pressure along the tape edge. Cut or tear the tape to length and press the end firmly to secure. For long-term exterior use, consider overlap and sealing at edges to improve resistance to moisture and mechanical stress.
Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve adhesive performance. For best results, apply at room temperature and avoid prolonged exposure to solvents or extreme weathering. When removing, pull slowly at a low angle to reduce surface damage on delicate finishes.
