Forankra lifting strap E-SNV204 — webbing sling 2000 kg, 4 m
Forankra lifting strap E-SNV204 is a flat polyester webbing sling with a rated capacity of 2000 kg and a length of 4 m. The strap is designed for general lifting, securing and handling of loads in industrial, construction and logistics environments. Its flat, flexible construction distributes force across a wide surface to reduce pressure points and adapt to bulky or irregularly shaped items when used with cranes, hoists and rigging equipment.
The polyester webbing offers high tensile strength combined with flexibility and resistance to abrasion and most common contaminants. The flat design provides stable load contact and minimizes edge pressure on lifted items. Lightweight and easy to handle, the sling stores compactly and can be used in single-leg or multi-leg configurations depending on rigging requirements. Color and woven construction allow for visual inspection of wear and damage.
Select an appropriate lifting configuration and secure the sling around the load or through lifting points, ensuring even distribution of the webbing across the load surface. Attach the sling to the crane hook or lifting device using appropriate connectors or shackles rated for the application. Avoid sharp edges or direct contact with abrasive surfaces; use edge protection if needed. Before each use, inspect the webbing for cuts, fraying, chemical damage, heat damage, or any signs of wear that could reduce capacity. Do not exceed the rated working load limit and follow local lifting regulations and the lifting equipment manufacturer's instructions.
Store the webbing sling in a dry, clean place away from direct sunlight and chemicals. Clean with mild detergent and water if contaminated, and allow to dry naturally. Replace the sling if damage, significant wear or loss of markings is detected. When lifting, use suitable spreaders or lifting beams to reduce sling angles and avoid creating loads that exceed the rated capacity due to sling angle effects.
