Metal band saw blade G-MAN BiM 150 x 19 x 0.9 mm 14T for cutting metal
Metal band saw blade G-MAN BiM 150 x 19 x 0.9 mm 14T for cutting metal
Bi-metal band saw blade G-MAN, size 150 x 19 x 0.9 mm, with 14 teeth per inch. Designed for cutting sheet and solid metals, pipes and other hard materials on band saw machines. The bimetal construction combines flexibility of the backing with the wear resistance of the cutting edge to provide longer life and consistent cutting performance.
The G-MAN BiM blade features 14T tooth pitch for efficient material removal and stable cutting in metals from 4 to 8 mm thickness. Bimetal composition increases blade durability while maintaining toughness to resist breakage. Tooth geometry and 19 mm blade width help deliver straight cuts on profiles, tubes and solid sections, and the 150 mm length fits standard small band saws.
Install the 150 x 19 x 0.9 mm band saw blade according to the band saw manufacturer's instructions, ensuring correct tension and tracking. Use appropriate cutting speed and feed for the material being cut: lower speeds for stainless steel and harder alloys, higher speeds for mild steel within the recommended thickness range. Apply steady, even feed pressure and use cutting fluid when machining stainless steel or other hard metals to extend blade life and improve surface finish.
For best results, match blade speed and coolant to the workpiece metal, check blade tension and tracking before each use, and replace the blade when tooth wear or damage affects cut quality.
