Circular saw blade G-MAN BiM 200 x 19 x 0.9 mm, 18 teeth
G-MAN BiM circular saw blades, 200 x 19 x 0.9 mm with 18 TPI, are designed for cutting metal and other hard materials up to 3–6 mm thick. Made from bimetal (BiM), the blades balance flexibility and wear resistance to extend service life under frequent use. The blades measure 200 mm in diameter, have a 19 mm bore, and a 0.9 mm kerf; the set contains 2 pieces.
The BiM construction combines high-speed steel cutting edges with a flexible backing, providing improved wear resistance and reduced risk of tooth chipping compared with conventional steel blades. With 18 teeth per inch (1.8 mm tooth pitch) the blades deliver precise, efficient cuts in thin metal sheets and profiles while maintaining good cutting speed and edge life. The 200 mm diameter and 19 mm bore make the blades compatible with many metal-cutting circular saws and machines.
Install the blade on a compatible circular saw or metal-cutting machine following the tool manufacturer's instructions and ensuring the bore and mounting match the 19 mm arbor. Secure the blade correctly and use appropriate blade guards. Set cutting speed and feed rate according to the material and machine recommendations. Use steady pressure, avoid forcing the blade, and allow the saw to reach full speed before engaging the workpiece.
Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (eye and hearing protection, gloves) and use coolant or lubricants if recommended for the material to reduce heat and extend blade life. Inspect the blade before use and replace it if teeth are damaged or wear reduces cutting performance.
