The GASTROBACK Barbecue Grill Design BBQ Advanced Smart is a versatile electric contact grill with a rectangular form factor, stainless steel and black finish, and touch control. With 2100 W power and adjustable heating plates, it supports a range of cooking modes and can be used folded as a compact contact grill or unfolded as a larger barbecue surface. Removable, dishwasher-safe plates and an integrated grease drip tray simplify cleaning.

Advantages

This grill offers a dedicated steak program with four doneness levels (Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Well-Done) that automatically adapts grilling time to meat thickness. Six preset programs cover steak, poultry, burger, bratwurst, sandwich and fish, plus a manual mode with adjustable temperature. The appliance features separately adjustable dual grill areas, a height-adjustable upper plate, interchangeable ribbed and flat plates, non-stick coating, and a powerful heating system for fast grilling with reduced fat contact.

How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and plug into a compatible 220–240 V outlet. Select the desired program (steak preset for doneness levels, one of the six food presets, or manual mode) via the touch controls. Adjust upper-plate height and temperature levels as needed for food thickness and recipe. For larger items, unfold the grill to use the expanded barbecue area. After grilling, switch off and unplug the device, allow it to cool, remove the plates and clean them in the dishwasher or by hand if necessary.

For best results with the Steak program, measure meat thickness and allow the grill to preheat to the selected level.
