How to use

Place the item to be sealed into a compatible vacuum bag or connect a vacuum container using the optional adapter and hose. Close the touch-sensor lid; the servo motor will engage to lock and start the selected program. Use the integrated scale to weigh contents before sealing if required. Select the appropriate vacuum or marinating program on the LCD display and start the process. After completion the device will automatically release the lid for removal of the sealed bag or container.

Usage recommendations

For vacuum container use, an adapter (Art.-No. 99974) is required. Choose the container set (Art.-No. 46110 for 3 pieces or Art.-No. 46111 for 2 pieces) together with the vacuum hose for container vacuuming. Use the precision scale for accurate portioning and follow sous vide temperature and time guidelines for safe cooking.
