Manual screwdriver Gedore 1612123
The Gedore 1612123 manual screwdriver is a VDE-tested insulated tool designed for safe work on live circuits up to 1000 V in accordance with EN 60900 / IEC 60900. It features a fully insulated blade with a blade tip to DIN ISO 8764-1 PH and a blade made from Gedore molybdenum-vanadium-Plus tempered steel. The screwdriver is lightweight (119 g) and compact (105 mm width, 62 mm height), intended for precision tasks that require control and reliable torque transmission.
Individually tested insulation and compliance with EN 60900 / IEC 60900 ensure protection on live electrical work up to 1000 V. The fully insulated blade and positive-fit joint between handle and blade provide secure transmission of force. The 3-component Power-Grip3 handle with ergonomic shape and hanging hole improves grip and reduces fatigue during extended use. The blade made of Gedore molybdenum-vanadium-Plus tempered steel offers durability and resistance to wear.
Select the appropriate PH screwdriver size for the screw and engage the blade tip squarely in the screw recess. Use the ergonomic Power-Grip3 handle to apply controlled torque; avoid using the screwdriver as a prying or striking tool. For electrical work, verify the VDE insulation visually for damage before use and ensure the working environment and procedures comply with applicable safety standards when working on live circuits.
Inspect the insulated handle and blade coating for cracks or damage before each use. Do not expose the tool to solvents or temperatures beyond the manufacturer's specified range. For live electrical work up to 1000 V, use only if the tool’s insulation is intact and follow local safety regulations and protective equipment requirements.
