Combination Wrench Gedore 2297345
The Gedore 2297345 combination wrench is a hot-forged, hollow-profile spanner designed for precise torque transfer and comfortable handling. It combines a UD profile with a ring offset by 13° from the shaft and a warp-resistant geometry featuring a double T-girder effect. The wrench is made of Gedore vanadium steel (31CrV3) and has a matt chrome-plated finish with manganese-phosphated locking insert and pawl. Jaw surfaces are ground exactly to spanner size. Overall dimensions include a depth of 65 mm, height of 40 mm and a weight of 166 g.
The tool offers high torque transfer and a comfortable hollow profile grip. Its warp-resistant construction and double T-girder effect improve stability under load. The ratchet mechanism allows ratchet loosening and fast tightening with lever change, while matt chrome-plating reduces glare and the precisely ground jaws ensure accurate fit on fasteners. The hardened Gedore 31CrV3 vanadium steel construction and hot forging process provide durability.
Place the correctly sized jaw on the fastener and engage the ratchet mechanism for loosening or tightening. Use the lever change to switch between ratchet loosening and fast tightening modes. For bit-ratchet use, fit the adaptor 7 RA or 7 RB (sold separately) to convert the wrench into a (bit) ratchet. Apply steady force along the handle axis to maximise torque transfer and avoid side loads that could damage the jaws.
Inspect the jaw and ratchet mechanism before use and keep the tool clean and lightly lubricated. Use the wrench only on matching fastener sizes to prevent rounding; do not exceed recommended torque for the fastener or application.
