Gedore DMK 300 is an adjustable tubular torque wrench with integrated ratchet and square drive, designed for controlled screw tightening in the common range of 20 - 850 N·m (15 - 630 lbf·ft). Calibrated and supplied with a traceable test certificate, it is suitable for industry and trade applications and supports controlled bi-directional tightening.

The torque wrench is classified to DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 Type II Class A and calibrated to a maximum permissible deviation of ±3%, which is stricter than the standard ±4%. Models DMK include a 1/2" mushroom-head interchangeable square with push-button release and ball-locking; from model DMK 400 the design uses a 3/4" push-through square with pin-locking. How to use

Set the desired torque using the main N·m scale and the micrometre interim scale to achieve an exact value. If needed, switch to the lbf·ft ancillary scale to verify the setting. Fit the appropriate square drive or accessory, position the wrench on the fastener, and apply force in the chosen direction. The release system activates when the set torque is reached, producing a tactile and audible signal to indicate that the required torque has been achieved.

Usage recommendations

For reliable results, verify the wrench calibration periodically according to your workplace quality requirements and use the protected adjustment mechanism. Provide rapid pre-setting with a hexagon allen key if frequent changes are needed (allen key not included). Store the torque wrench in a dry, secure place when not in use to maintain calibration and mechanical condition.
