Combination Wrench Gedore 6091880
The Gedore 6091880 combination wrench is a precision hand tool manufactured from Gedore vanadium steel (31CrV3) with chrome plating. It conforms to DIN 3113 Form A, ISO 3318 and ISO 7738 standards where applicable, featuring a 15° offset ring and a shaft arranged in a girder pattern. Sizes up to 5.5 have a hexagon ring and sizes from 6 onward use a UD profile. The tool has a depth of 76 mm, a height of 39 mm and weighs 121 g.
Chrome-plated 31CrV3 vanadium steel construction for durability and corrosion resistance. Standard-compliant geometry (DIN 3113 A, ISO 3318, ISO 7738) ensures compatibility with standard fasteners. Offset ring design improves access in tight spaces. Available ring and profile types by size (hexagon for 3–5.5, UD profile from 6) provide correct engagement with fasteners.
Select the correct size of the Gedore 6091880 combination wrench to match the fastener. Place the ring or open end over the nut or bolt head, ensuring full contact before applying force. For confined spaces use the 15° offset to improve access and leverage. Apply steady, controlled pressure and avoid sudden excessive torque to prevent damage to the fastener or tool.
Keep the wrench clean and dry, and store it in a tool rack or pouch to protect the chrome finish. Inspect regularly for wear or deformation; replace the tool if the ring or open end shows rounding or significant wear. For high-torque applications, use an appropriately sized breaker bar or torque tool rather than extending the wrench with improvised levers.
