spanner wrench Gedore 6094200
Gedore 6094200 spanner wrench with identical-size jaws at both ends. The jaws are set at 15° and 75°. Manufactured from Gedore vanadium steel 31CrV3 with finely polished heads and chrome plating, this compact spanner wrench is designed for precise engagement and corrosion resistance.
The tool combines heat-treated 31CrV3 vanadium steel and chrome plating for strength, wear resistance and improved corrosion protection. Two jaw angles (15° and 75°) offer access in confined spaces and allow different approach angles while maintaining the same jaw size on each end. Finely polished heads reduce friction on fasteners and facilitate smooth positioning.
Select the end with the preferred jaw angle (15° or 75°) and fit the jaws squarely onto the fastener. Apply steady torque while keeping the wrench aligned with the fastener to avoid rounding. For confined spaces, use the angled ends to gain access; switch ends if a different approach angle or clearance is required.
Inspect the tool before use for damage or wear; keep the chrome-plated surface clean and lightly oiled to maintain corrosion resistance. Use the spanner wrench only on fasteners that match the jaw size and avoid impact loading or excessive force beyond hand torque.
