Open End Wrench Gedore 6574760
The Gedore 6574760 open end wrench is manufactured to DIN 894 and ISO 3318 standards with a 15° jaw offset. Made from Gedore vanadium steel (31CrV3), the wrench combines strength and fatigue resistance in a lightweight body of approximately 56 g. It is available in sizes from 10 to 135 mm and includes a hanging hole for convenient storage; finish varies by size (manganese-phosphate finish up to 38 mm, steel-grey from 41 mm and larger).*
The 15° jaw offset improves access in confined spaces while the 31CrV3 vanadium steel construction ensures high tensile strength and durability. The lightweight, compact design with a hanging hole supports easy handling and organised storage. Compliance with DIN 894 and ISO 3318 guarantees dimensional accuracy and interchangeability.
Select the correct wrench size for the nut or bolt, place the open jaws fully over the fastener and apply steady force in the required direction. Use the 15° jaw offset to improve access where straight engagement is difficult. Avoid applying impact loads or using the wrench as a hammer. Inspect the tool before use for wear or damage and replace if deformed or excessively worn.
For safe and long-lasting performance, keep the wrench clean and dry, store it on a pegboard or in a tool rack using the hanging hole, and avoid chemical exposure that could damage the finish. Use the correct size to prevent rounding of fasteners and follow applicable torque specifications for critical assemblies.
